23rd Annual HNES 5K Run & 1-mile Fun Run

March 8th TIMES:
6:30 am Packet Pickup begins 205 Hamilton Avenue, Panama City, FL
8:00 am 5k Race Start   
9:00 am 1-mile Fun Run Start
9:30 am Awards Begin

REGISTRATION:
If you register for both races you will be issued a bib per race, they will be color coded; so make sure you have the right bib for the right race. 

AWARDS:
5K medals awarded for top three finishers in listed male & female age groups.

AGE GROUPS: 5K
1-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

1 Mile Fun Run:
medals awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers. Prizes for all participants in the 1-mile Fun Run.

T-SHIRTS:
For first 200 registered participants

COURSE:
From the schoolhouse steps, the course is a beautiful trip through our historic Cove neighborhood.
